Science Experiments during STEAM

Our 2nd, 3rd, and 5th grade students learned all about the Scientific Method and then conducted an Absorption Experiment. As part of this activity, students predicted how much water would be absorbed by these seven items and then recorded the results for each one. Next week, students will be creating graphs and writing their conclusions.

• tissue (clean and unused)
• toilet paper (clean and unused)

• coffee filter

Directional Coding with our Bee-Bots

Our 2nd graders completed their "Community" PBL unit here in Livermore by coding their Bee-Bots and navigating them with the directions of North, South, East, and West.
