2nd Grade's "Ice Cream" Experiment
Today our 2nd grade classes began an experiment to create Ice Cream in a Bag.
The Variable = One bag containing salt, the other not containing salt.
This is their second experiment so far to help them learn and understand the importance of the Scientific Method!

I am pleased to announce that our Marylin School Podcast - Episode #12 has just been published in both English and Spanish.

Science Experiments during STEAM
Our 2nd, 3rd, and 5th grade students learned all about the Scientific Method and then conducted an Absorption Experiment. As part of this activity, students predicted how much water would be absorbed by these seven items and then recorded the results for each one. Next week, students will be creating graphs and writing their conclusions.
